| Brad have you actually gotten to anything Adam related on there? Listening through the last archive now and its not sounding promising. Maybe we'll have to wait for tomorrow for todays archive? |

| nice little bit of listening there. thanks for the tip! cool garageband version of i want you right now (more synth!) and some ituning from adam (electric prunes, three degrees, some weird bits from weird dudes, some new stuff from the horrors singer and gerald love). decent show all in all! |

| Thanks for the link. A weird thing happened after I listened to the show....As mentioned, Adam played Gerald Love's new project "Lightships" which is really amazing. This prompted me to did up some Teenage Fanclub again. I asked my wife if she was ever into them, and we put on Bandwagonesque, an album I'd not listened for what seems like 20 years. We were instantly tapping our feet to "Concept" and the next couple of tunes while we cooked dinner. Then we turned that off and turned on a movie to watch over dinner ( Young Adult, which is a good crack), and the movie starts off with Charlize Theron repeatedly rewinding "Concept" in her cars tape deck, and that song being a central them to the movie. I was like....alright, "who's fucking with me"..... |

and VERY loosely related, I saw Morrissey in Japan in April. I'm a big fan of his solo stuff - esp Your Arsenal onwards (i.e. the heavier rocking stuff)
{now awaiting the ridicule for liking Morrissey.... HA !}
by the way, his whole bands was dressed in speedos... aside from Boz who wore a frumpy dress and haggy wig |

Why should you be ridiculed for liking Morrissey? The Smiths were one of the greatest bands of the 80's, anyone who disagrees is....well, wrong. |
